Poles galore and plenty of space
My friend Goblin Crosby and his pet, Ellie, are opening a new club on Thursday, June 18th, 2009 at 5pm SL (PST) time. I’ll be there in attendance with some other members of the Vampire Club. Meeting with Virtual Helping Hands and Virtual Guide Dog inSL - 2009/04/25
Today I met with two wonderful individuals whom I connected with after the VIO Meeting last Wednesday. Louise Later from Virtual Helping Hands and Charles Mountain, the principal/lead developer of Max – a virtual guide dog.
I was astounded by what they are developing along with several testers, some that are blind, through the power of the internet and to a great degree, nurturing environment of Second Life. I was happy to be there and offer some support on behalf of my partners at Vampire Club Studios.
During our encounter I orientated my new friends to my community building efforts and related trends of expanding interest in Second Life. As well as reaching out to people my concerns are also to those that accessibility issues. I hope that those reading this post will take part and go to the following websites: tr.im/SeeSound , tr.im/HelpingHands , tr.im/VGuideDog
